Card Sync Issues

I've had a problem for the last month that I've never noticed before with PT. After the new league is created on a Monday, for an hour or so, I struggle to load anything because of card sync errors. I've learnt not to touch any tourney teams during that period because they can get wiped. It's only mildly annoying, but I'm curious why this little gremlin has appeared.

Tinkerman, what version of the game are you using? You can find that at the bottom of the main screen. Also, did you buy the game via Steam or FastSpring?

Version 23.8 Build 98. Bought via Steam.
