Exclamation HELP! Jersey font issue

I have been trying to change the jersey font for the St. Louis Cardinals City Connect jersey, but I keep seeing the same font, no matter what other font chosen. I am at a loss how to proceed further, and could use some advice or assistance.

I almost went insane trying to figure this out and it may not be your issue but here goes. I was putting the font files into my OOTP folder that is in my Windows Documents folder. Yes, there is a folder in there called jersey_fonts. Now, the thing is I installed OOTP from Steam. That means I should put the font files into my Steam folder. It's usually something like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Out of the Park Baseball nn\data\jersey_fonts

Everywhere I checked no one seemed to mention this. I suspect it is because it should be obvious.
Hope this helps you or someone else!

Thanks, but that isn't the issue for me. My desktop pc has two hard drives. The first is drive "C" where Windows is installed and some other programs. The second, drive "D" is where I install games, and all the important files for OOTP Baseball are there. Besides, I've been playing OOTP Baseball for 10 years. I've found the same happening with other City Connect jersey fonts in the game...Cubs and Reds. Definitely has me puzzled.

There is a guy named Bill Henderson who puts out a guide every few years about MLB jerseys from 1970 to current. His latest edition was last year, and according to him, the Cardinals use something called "Nike Block" for the City Connect fonts.

I searched my default OOTP 26 and OOTP 27 fonts, and I don't see the CC font for the Cards, either. But the Nike Block that's used is similar to the MLB Block. Can't remember if MLB Block included by default in the eriqjaffe's Jersey Maker or if I got it somewhere else, but I have it. And this font is close enough to pass for the Cards' CC.

ZigglarsTusk has also done uniforms the last couple of years, and I think he has City Connect fonts, too. He may have the Cardinals font that could be closer to the Nike Block font. Not sure. But his links are in his signature in the first post of the thread below:

I have the correct font for the Cardinals CC, and I finally got it to work. I removed the relevant ktx files from the jersey font and jersey files. However, I've run into similar issues with other CC jerseys and fonts with the same procedure not working.
