Chance Liga - HC Banik Sokolov - AI Releasing Players When Parent Club Sends Down Players

I'm currently managing HC Banik Sokolov in the Chance Liga, and every time HC Sprata Praha or HC Energie Karlovy Vary (Parent teams) send down players, it seems the game automatically does "AI Setup Organization" action. My issue with this is that I have had three of my players released from their contracts when a player has been sent down. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? In manager options, the only team control setting that I have changed is "Setting Training" is handled by the Assistant.

Related to this, would turning on commissioner mode to manually add the players released back to my team remove the ability for me to get steam achievements for this save. I know that I don't need to be in challenge mode for achievements, but I was unsure if turning commissioner mode on would change that.

With more than one parent, it's pretty much unavoidable that the AI of the parents will do that in order to keep the roster within the allowed limits, even with the assistant options off. I normally try to avoid setting up playable teams with two parents for that reason, but there were a few cases this year where I couldn't avoid it. But I think I can see away to get around that in the Chance Liga now, so I'll make some changes there for the update.

Turning commissioner mode on won't affect achievements now.
