AI can offer no minor option on contract

Im playing as Schneemanner Berlin in the Deutsche LIGA, signing some young players from free agency i noticed that it automatically puts a minor option on all contracts for players under 25.
This is fine except that the AI is able to counter all my offers with offers of thier own that dont have any minor option.
Im unable to meet players demands either and cant uncheck the minor box.
The player in this case is Luigi Calce who is 19 and will not accept a 2 way contract as Geier Mannheim have offered him more money and no minor clause.
Im pretty sure the AI shouldnt be able to offer him that or I should be able to offer him a no Minor option( Ive had this happen with one other player in this save so far)

Yeah, that minor option button should be clickable, there's no entry-level contract requirement in that league. Whatever's preventing that is blocking it from working with meet demand as well; we'll get that fixed.
