Kehi7 Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 45	Can't set annual budget/spend points It is July 1, and I am unable to make any changes to the annual budget. I have 80 ending points, and am unable to spend them on the team, my arena, etc..
