FHM9.1 build 70: Windowed resolution not adjusting after restart

I'm trying to adjust the resolution in windowed mode and after restarting the game is not honoring my selection in the settings menu. My monitor is native 3840x1080, and regardless of the resolution setting when in windowed mode, upon a restart the game box opens to near max resolution. Also, I'm unable to drag the corners to adjust the size manually.

We've had inconsistent reports of that happening to some people on 11, but for others it seems to be fine; haven't been able to figure out the cause yet. Just to rule out the obvious, though, is the game window size set to a width of 1080 or greater? If it is, that's going to force the game to full-screen mode (because of the monitor resolution.)

I'm using it on my desktop with a Samsung 49 inch ultra wide with a native resolution of 3840x1080 (32:9). I've tried setting the resolution on the settings to 1600x1050 to allow me to basically split screen and it won't honor that resolution setting. If anything greater than 1080 wide tells the game to go full screen then I think that would need to change for people using ultrawide monitors.

Interestingly enough last night I used RDP from my laptop to play FHM9. My laptop is only 1920x1080. When I was done and went back to my desktop and logged back in with FHM running, the box stayed at that resolution.
