Strategy Sliders

How much do you guys tinker with these? Do they really make that much of an impact? I tend to run Moderate Sabermetric and adjust somewhat. From there, I go to the individual strategy and bump stealing/baserunning for guys with good speed, stealing and baserunning.

I'm always at a loss though for what to do with things like Hit/Run and Sacrifice Bunt. For Hit/Run, I look for a guy with high avoid K and contact, but not a ton of power. If those three things are there, I'll bump it up. But, haven't seen any significant change with that.

Along those lines, do you play different strategies for Perfect Drafts compared to your main PT roster? The only thing I really do different is adjust my hooks on SP/RP for Perfect Drafts depending on my pitching staff. My PT roster is normally strong on pitching, so I tend to have a quicker hook for pitchers.
