Historical Draft...

... I'm in 1989 draft and can't draft any Soviet players, i know the Iron Curtain is on and i cant sign those players but i still should be able to draft them no?

I saw the same thing. It's even weirder because AI drafted Soviet players in the later rounds.

It works if you deactivate the Iron Courtain during draft day, but I think it should be 'automatic' - players are draftable but not signable.

I tried deactivating Iron Curtain and then i can see the Soviet players in draft menu but it still doesn't let me draft them!
