Custom Game Crashes Advancing to July 2

Just bought FHM 9 a couple weeks ago (longtime fan!), started a new custom game, played a few seasons...

Now on July 1, I deleted 1 team from my league and expanded with 2 new teams at the same time, and rebuilt the schedule and set it all up the way I wanted for the next season. But the game crashes whenever I try to advance to July 2.

I think I see the problem, one of the top-level league's teams is somehow set (in a way that's not editable) to be a farm team of a team in another league, which shouldn't be possible. I think we'll be able to manually edit it back to normal, though.

OK, we were able to fix it, send me an email at jeff@ootpdevelopments.com and I can share the fixed save with you on dropbox.

We're not sure how it happened, though - had you edited any of the farm team affiliations (or any other league/team settings)?

Sent the email.

Here is what I did on July 1 before it started crashing:
* Deleted one team from my main league (to simulate contraction -- after I removed all the team's contracts)
* Added two new expansion teams
* Created one new minor league team
* Set up expansion draft & schedule
* Assigned the old farm team (left over from the contracted team) to one expansion team
* Assigned the new farm team to the other expansion team

I know I'm inserting myself here, but did you create a new schedule for the minor league as well as the major one?

I did!

I think I forgot that step initially, but the game warned me about a missing schedule, so I fixed it before trying to advance to the next day.

Were Boston (MLH) or Michigan (NCAA) edited in any of those steps? I don't think so from your description, but that's where the problem was.

Working great now, thanks again!

I definitely didn't edit any NCAA teams. I did go through and edit some rivalries in the main league, so I probably touched Boston, but not to change anything to do with the farm teams.
