NHL RFA question
as far as the game's negotiation system goes, when will an an offer count as qualified? example, if I have to offer my RFA a minimum $950,000 to qualify, does it count as qualified when I set the contract to 950K and click "Ask for Response", or does it not count as qualified until I am able to click "Submit Offer"?
thanks |

You have to submit the offer for it count. He doesn't have to like it or accept it, it just has to be done.

thanks, I figured and thats whats confusing me... the Submit Offer button always remains unclickable until I've gotten the player to agree to the terms through the Ask for Response negotiations, it doesn't let me submit an offer otherwise, for UFA or RFA ...
