Customizable All Star game

I would like the ability to customize the teams in the all star game as far as assigning team names, colors, and in games where there is only one sub league, assign the teams where the players for each all star team come from.

Another option would be to allow for a Pro-Bowl like All-Star game, after the end of the post-season. Right now, you can schedule one between the end of the regular season/start of postseason, but that obviously screws with rest/pitching/etc for the playoffs. If you try to set it after the end of the season, it doesn't play out. Just for the all-star selections to reflect the whole season, not just the first half.
