How to change the name order in Chinese name and Japanese name
The family's name comes first like Korea
like Ohtani Shohei, not Shohei Ohtani

I am not sure, but the only way to do this may be to edit the master stats database in OOTP, to change the sequence of the names there. But editing the database directly is not a great idea, particularly if you are new to the game. Since the sim has to work with a database of players from around the world, with differing conventions of how names are rendered, it probably uses the most common method by default.
