New to OOTP23, here's what I want to do

Hello, first-time poster wondering whether I can get some guidance on how best to accomplish this.

My rainy days pandemic project in 2020-21 was making an all-star roster for all 30 MLB cities (1947-present day) in Google Sheets. Eventually it grew to adding a second roster for most MLB franchises (all but the Marlins, Rockies, D-Backs and Rays) and one for Montréal, plus 'best of the rest' decade all-star teams... then it expanded to imagining what a baseball universe would look like with these teams.

I made my roster choices based on players' and pitchers' 3 best seasons and best overall season. I also assigned a current or historical park to each team (it turns out there was about 1 park for every roster).

So... any suggestions about how I should try to create this in OOTP? Fictional league with historical players? I'd even settle with starting with all players in their rookie years.

I don't know but this might be helpful. This isn't a newbie level question and this isn't a high traffic forum. So if you don't get a good answer in a few days suggest posting again to the much higher traffic 24 general discussions forum (Its not a 23 specific question).
