Locked out of my Perfect Team Log in

I had been logged in since March 21 when early access started and clicked the "remember me" box. I didn't play for a couple of days and it said my password or e-mail was incorrect (and I know it's not the latter). When I tried to get my password reset it said I had already exceeded the amount of password resets that I'm allowed for the day (which was 1). Now I'm seemingly locked out of my account.

I seem to remember only having to sign in once when I played perfect team last year and when I clicked "remember me" it....well, it remembered me. I guess that's not longer the case? Is there anything else I can do to recover my account? What was strange was that I only requested a password reset one time (EVER) and it said I had already exceeded my account.

I have the same problem. Have been playing since March 21 as well. I also have OOTP 24 installed on computer upstairs (hard for me to get up & down the stairs) The OOTP upstairs when trying to play PT crashes when "waiting for server" & crashes when starting a regular game. Upstairs - Win 11, basement Win 10.

Is there a way to get the OOTP 23 program back? 24 has not been good to me.

If you have issues logging into your PT account we can absolutely help assist you with that. Can you send us an email to our support team support@ootpdevelopments.com and I'll make sure we escalate that ticket and get that responded to today.
