New Game Loading Issue

Just tried firing up a new game and, as you can see, it's not working. I've tried a couple of times and am met with the same problem. Players, coaches, nothing is loading.

I've tried multiple teams, I've tried loading Steam as an administrator as AZAxle suggested and nothing seems to work. I'm not doing anything special, just trying to start up a new standard game.

This looks like a corrupted installation.

To fix that, go to the start screen, then to 'settings' > 'troubleshooting' > and then hit the button that says 'force game data re-installation'. Or if you're on Steam, right click on OOTP 24 in the Steam client, then go to > properties > local files > verify integrity of game files.

That should fix the corrupted files and give you a fresh install.

Will that affect any of the other saves I currently have going on?
