The Old Time League

This league idea is one that I am honestly kind of shocked no one came up with (unless someone did). The idea for the Old Time League is simple, "What if defunct teams were given a bunch of good historical players?" With this idea, I wanted to do a Random Debut league. Random Debut leagues allow for Historical Players from any point to go into the league at any point. However, I had another idea for this league, "What if I took players from my other save (the Ligue de Baseball Guadeloupe) and put them in here?" So, as is the case with my Independent league in that save, they'll be one player each year from the Ligue de Baseball Guadeloupe entering the league. The players from Guadeloupe will be entering from International Free Agency. Anyway, here are the teams for Season 1:

1901 OLD TIME SERIES

The Hartford Dark Blues ended up defeating the Montreal Expos in 5 games this season. Old Time Series MVP went to C Danny Peterson.

Yep, the draft class didn't work AGAIN. So i'm just gonna end off this save probably, i'm doing it on OOTP Go which means it probably can't be fixed... great

Spoiler Alert: It didn't work. Can someone please help me on how to set up a Fictional Random Debut league? Cause it's not working...

So because the Random Debut idea didn't end up working out, I thought of a different idea. Pretty much, I'm going to do a random number generator, from 1965-2022. Then, whatever year it lands on, we go with that years draft class and import the rookies. There will be Fictional Players, however I guess that's part of the fun. We will get to see real players from the MLB take on fictional players in the Old Time League. Anyway, it's time to find out what the first draft class in OTL history is going to be!

Rules for Importing Players:
I am only going to Import the TOP 5 Players in a Draft plus and Hall Of Famers. I am also allowed to use draft classes from fictional leagues that I have made. Why? Because it adds some more interesting players rather then players we already know the careers of.

Currently, the projected playoff teams in the Federal League are the Hartford Dark Blues (50-27) and the New York Giants (47-32). Meanwhile, in the United League, the playoff teams are the Brooklyn Atlantics (46-29) and the Seattle Pilots (44-34).

CHAMPIOSHIP SERIES RECAP

To start off, in the FLCS, the Hartford Dark Blues would defeat the New York Giants in 6 games. Series MVP was 3B Isaiah Williams

Meanwhile in the ULCS, the Brooklyn Atlantics would SWEEP the Seattle Pilots. The Series MVP was LF Dave Price

In the end, the Hartford Dark Blues would win their second Championship. They are currently the only team to have ever won a World Series entering the Old Time League's third season
