Baseball: Replayed

The Year is 1871. Baseball has become more popular than ever in the New York Metropolitan Area. "So," thought Mike Gilliam, owner of the New York Metropolitans, "why not create a league where people actually get paid?" However, there was an issue. The issue was that he wanted the Metropolitan area to be seen as "the only area for baseball" because he was planning to eventually run for New York Mayor and he thought that would end up helping him. In the end, he would soon realize that you can't make a city monopolize an entire sport. This is the story of Mike Gilliam and the Metro Association.

This story isn't just about the Metro Association however, it's more about a alternate-history of baseball. "What if baseball was more international?" is the idea. "How does that have to do with the owner of a somewhat-fictional baseball team?" Well, you'll just to have to find out, won't you?

League Rules:

- No Real Players until 1901, then I'll import rookies from the season we're in.

- Each Player imported will be given a random potential between 25 and 250

- Custom Prospects are allowed, 10 per year. I'll create a second thread for that on Dynasty Reports soon enough. If you want, you can put your player in a International League.

- All players above 60 Overall from International Leagues are required to stay in their respective leagues for 3 Years minimum.

- Custom Prospects will be given a random potential between 100-250.
