American Circuits (long running fictional league) about to convert to OOTP 24; seeks 1 GM

This is a fictional league (fictional players/fictional teams) about to wrap up the 1964 season in a few days. We have been "human-run" since 1946 (we simmed 70 years of pre-history prior to that).

We are converting to OOTP 24 for the 1965 season. We need a GM for the New York Empires, a competitive team (only one losing season in the last 12 years). I’d love to get the new GM in place before the next draft (which will be taking place very soon).

I would love to join your league. I am a passionate player but somewhat new to online. Have only been through one season of online play. I would probably need help gettting the save file into the right spot on my PC. But very much want into the league. Very much. I am disabled so I have plenty of time to give to the team.
