Owner Goals Still Awful

Here's a new one. Owner wanted me to improve staff cohesion. They are ecstatic at the end of the season and I failed the goal with this statement from the owner.

The coaching staff is ecstatic. The situation, needless to say, reflects poorly on you.

I really don't want to have to turn these off again but this is bad.

And the increase profit is still a mess. I am way above the goal but on the first day after the season ends, it looks at next year's expected numbers and says I didn't hit last year's goal.

Same on all counts. I was asked to slash payroll and improve profits which I did spectacularly over the season, but as soon as the offseason hit the owner looked at projected and then put me in the corner.
