Purchase Player for? Question
I have another league which I can purchase players for a price. But younger players are not available to purchase. What setting allows younger players to not be available? I am thinking they are not eligible because they do not have enough years in the league, but I just can't figure it out.

I'm wondering if it isn't related to whatever the free agency setting is in that league?
