Historical players in custum leagues

Wish there was an option to use Historical players in Custom leagues; for example, I would like to create a league with all of the World Hockey Association teams using the 1970 players.

You kind of can by manually importing a bunch of historical players, but agreed it would be nice if the use real players checkbox could be expanded to include players from 1917-present.

I would love the ability to have an all time draft with all players Mike Bossy 1977 and 1980 with the option to restrict the player pool to 1 year or all years

so one player pool would be every version of every player by year
one would be that pool but once a player is drafted his other years aren't allowed.

You would have to do this to prevent causality loops in time.
