Pacific League Baseball - Two Openings!

PLB [Pacific League Baseball] has two openings!

PLB just finished up 2078! We’re a long-flourishing league, but don’t be afraid to come make some history yourself! Very active and inclusive community, as our GMs do contribute to large amounts of media, press releases, mock drafts, and many other things. We are currently on OOTP 24, but we do have plans to swap to OOTP 25 in the future. We Often swap at the ASB Sale, that will likely be the case.

Some stuff we do:
20-80 ratings

Scouting is Enabled.
Owner Goals OFF, Coaches ON

Sim Schedule is usually M/TU/W/TH/SAT, with slightly altered schedule during offseason.

Injury Frequency is on Low, Draft Pick Trading is Enabled, with signing off.
Team Chemistry/Player Morale are both disabled.

We do Draft using S+

It’s a bit quicker than the average OOTP league you’ll see, but it is doubly as engaging.

Los Angeles Rage [77-85, 4th in WL Northeast]

The Rage are a team in a precarious situation at the moment, having recently lost their long-term GM - one who has kind of, half, sort of built a winning ballclub. He's got the pitching. He has absolutely no offense - as the Rage were the worst offense in baseball last year [.666 OPS, 11.7 bWAR, 606 Runs Scored], complimenting the second best defense in baseball, and a talented, yet mis-handled pitching staff.

They've got three of the best young starting pitchers in the league, including

Boyan Skiiar [80/55/45] [LHP, 24 YRS, 5.6M, in ARB, 🇺🇦]
[13-9, 2.92 ERA, 3.40 FIP, 27.5 K%, 7.4 BB%, 137 ERA+, 4.2 WAR, 4.9 rWAR]

Kapitan American [60/70/50] [RHP, 23YRS, 600K, in ARB, 🇺🇦]
[11-13, 3.19 ERA, 3.91 FIP, 20.5 K%, 7.0 BB%, 125 ERA+, 3.2 WAR, 5.5 rWAR]

LA also has 2-time MVP Benga Johansson, who has struggled under the weight of one of the most expensive contracts ever given to a middle infielder. However, you will a void of a contract, being a new GM, and I suspect, he will receive it. Los Angeles is a team that's going to need a lot of work, so if you're looking for that, this is your squad.

Brisbane Nighthawks [83-79, 1st in EL Southwest]

Brisbane is quite possibly the easiest situation we've ever had open up. They've got an extremely strong, high upside young core, including arguably one of the best pitchers in the game, in Hugo Drax, and his strong supporting cast in the rotation, and a litany of prospects, including Rafi bin Hamal, Dermot Matthams, and Dermott MacIntosh, who at one point this year, were ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd on the prospect pipeline. This is an extremely easy situation to take control of, with a lot of good players - and easily strode to a division title last year, something that is expected of them next year, GM or not.

SP Hugo Drax [75/65/65] [RHP, 27YRS, 6/174M, 🇽🇰]
[10-9, 3.26 ERA, 3.95 FIP, 23.3 K%, 9.2 BB%, 125 ERA+, 2.8 WAR, 4.4 rWAR]

3B Rafi bin Hamal [65/55/65/55/70] [RHH, 24YRS, 600K, in ARB, 🇩🇯]
[408 PAs, .271/.369/.476, .844 OPS, 136 OPS+, 1.74 WPA, 2.5 WAR, 15.4 BatR]
