Can I not toggle things off like "team chemistry" or player happiness like I can in OOTP? I am just getting into hockey and trying to figure out the sport. So I am trying to make it more basic. Also, can I edit league structures and rules?

Can't turn off team chemistry or player happiness, though you can reset player happiness in the league edit screen where you can also edit league structure and rules on July 1 in commissioner mode.
