AI team fires and then re-hires the same head coach

I guess they fired him and then couldn't find a replacement?

I think I remember someone mentioning this happening before but I couldn't find that thread. I checked to make sure there is no duplicate of that head coach and it doesn't appear so.

Could you upload that save? We've been trying to track down how that can happen (there are checks to avoid it), but haven't had any luck.
