2011 Historic Career Replay. Cleveland trying to trade player to Oakland. All teams show 10 Mill in Cash and 10 Mill in Budget space (weird but this is a beta), however when I attempt to make a trade the Opposing team seemingly cannot afford contracts even though I would be taking on an equal salary, and the same response comes up all the way to retaining 100 percent.
