Exclamation Pre-Purchase Question for MacOS?

Is this years game (OOTP 25) running on x86 via Rosetta still or is it finally ARM (M1-M3) native?
I do not have rosetta installed as all my apps are ARM native and I know I had OOTP 24 installed last year on my old MBP with Rosetta and the battery life was just terrible.
And I'm expecting Apple to cut Intel support fully any year now, and with only the final 2018 version still supported, there is a good chance this could be the year at WWDC in June that Intel support gets cut and Rosetta is taken out.
And I feel these are important questions to ask before we purchase the game. Maybe the devs can answer if support will end for Mac if they cut Intel support or if at that point OOTP Go becomes the Mac game since Macs can install iPad apps? I don't see the devs having to build 2 different versions of the game, one for X86 on PC and then having to build a different version for ARM. Not unless they become a AAA title and get the Apple GameKit access.
And these are also important questions because I'm sure some of us on here like to run the Apple Betas in June when they announce the new macOS at WWDC. And that is something to think about also with it being 2 1/2 months or so away.
So me personally and I'm sure other Mac users would like to know what the macOS future holds before we purchase this year.

VIA Rosetta.
I have a m3 pro max 14 in.. I play it with it plugged in so can’t speak about battery life.
Game plays smoothly for me. I use fairly high setting but it doesn’t get warm for me. I haven’t heard the fans kick on either. I have played it on a windows laptop before and really can’t tell any difference except for the lack of heat/fan noise. Again I don’t know about impact on battery life.
