Problem with twitch drops

Hello, i got credit for my five official twitch drops yesterday, but as of today at 9:20am eastern time i still have not received any one of the 5 packs in my game account. Yes, i clicked claim on the twitch inventory page, not sure why they aren't working. This is for pt user FlyingWVPAK.

Can you check on the https://pt25.ootpdevelopments.com/ website if your account is still connected and if not you will need to reconnect them.
After that the rewards will be distributed.

I went to that site and clicked on connect to twitch, said i was already connected, so not disconnected from twitch. Seems to be spilling over into today too, have my first 3 affiliate drops credited, but none have arrived in game yet.

I'm now behind on 10 twitch packs, this is a little frustrating/disheartening as my only source of cards is packs. My FlyingWVPAK account is a packs only team, so i cant buy cards/pp, i depend on these twitch drops.

You were right actually, weird, somehow my twitch was no longer linked to the game, on twitch i had the option to connect, and reconnected.

Any idea how it can become unlinked? Very odd.

Yeah, it should not disconnect on it's own.
