"SUBMIT TEAM" button not working in PD

im a Steam user so tried validating files and restarted a few times but issue persists. i was able to draft and update my strategy but all subsequent efforts to "submit team" to save changes didn't work

i am NOT getting the "Okay" button pop-up that appears after hitting "submit team" button

"Submit Team" button started working again after the tournament went from "Set Roster" to "Play Now"
