Challenge Mode appears to be broken.

With all the progress made on yesterday’s beta patch I was excited to start a deep save. Downloaded the update and created a new save it gave me the option to enable challenge mode which I selected as always but once I got into the game challenge mode was disabled.


Tried starting a new save several more times with the exact same result.

Just tested it and Challenge Mode works fine for me.

It may be your world template did not properly update.

Try to go to settings > troubleshooting > force reinstall game data.

Or on Steam, right click on OOTP, then go to properties > installed files > verify this games files are installed correctly.

Then try again. In theory it should work.
