Obechkinsbuddy Minors (Double A) Join Date: Apr 2018 Posts: 137	international cap Do you always end up getting top cap to sign an international free agent? When I start a franchise I have a 2,000,000 cap for international free agency Ive never really looked when the season started before but did now. Does that change once the signing period begins? I feel like when I have done international signing period everybody is pretty even... Guys always end up signing for closer to 5 mil so don't know if I have to change something now or not..
