We have Arizona and Pittsburgh currently available in MLB expansion. A realistic league that expanded once in 2022/2023 (Portland and Montreal)
We're currently on the first day of our off-season.

Arizona taken, Pittsburgh remains. Pretty clean team in the process of rebuilding, but no bad contracts and not in debt.
