When Expanding a League in a Long Term Save, and the option for "fill expansion teams with Fictitious Staff", leave the MLB Manager and Gm Positions unfilled. As it stands now, all positions are filled and you have no opportunity to apply to the job. Why else expand, if you don't want to take over one of the teams after all?

If you are going to take the GM job, wouldn't you want to hire the staff yourself? (i.e. in that case don't fill with fictitious staff). In fact, I don't do that even if I'm not taking over a team. I find it odd when a bunch of new coaches appear out of thin air. Those roles should go to guys who already exist.

Also, there are many reasons to expand without taking over one of the expansion teams.
