Activation issue

Hello, I purchased OOTP 25 over a month ago from the online store. However, it will not activate with the license code I was sent; I receive an "Invalid license" message.

I have gone through the steps in the Knowledge Base, but none of them solved the issue.

I don't seem to be able to create a Support Ticket as there is nowhere to create an account there.

Thank you in advance for any assistance. I'd really like to play OOTP 25.
