Photo Issues

I've searched the forum and can't find an answer for this. Recently loaded OOTP 25 and imported a save from 24 - a 1970s decade save, Off season right now. Looking at my player list, I have 4 players that I can't get their pictures to show up. All of the other players are showing up. I have tried moving my photo file to where I thought it should be, but I just can't seem to get them to work. Any help please?

What shows up for the 4 players? Nothing or facegens? I assume auto-refreshing in the Player Editor didn't help. Anything else tried?

Facegens shows up. I tried auto-refresh, and also from another post, tried deleting images thru Start Screen / Settings / choose my league (The 70s.lg) / News / HTML / Images / Profile Pictures / and then deleted all images except the default. This apparently is the cache. I even deleted the face gen pics in the person_pictures file for these 4 players. Still nothing.

Clearing the cache was exactly what I was going to suggest next. See if the photos walk-through here helps. It's a youtube link on the first post:

I finally figured out the problem. I had been messing around with a new photo pack back when using OOTP 24. Somehow, I placed the new pack in the wrong folder. I am using an IMAC, and there are multiple folders within the game marked PHOTOS. I just had to find the correct folder. The reason some players were showing up and not others was due to the cache files. Now I need to clean up the other folder, as I have thousands of photos being stored multiple times on my hard drive.
