making trades

Hi there, me again with some more dumb questions.
In previous versions of the game the trading block was usually full of interesting names but in 2025 its empty. Now it is mid May and it might be early but i keep checking to see what's out there and it's tumbleweeds.
Is there something in my settings I need to adjust or is it just trading is a little harder and more realistic in OOTP 25

I have not directly tried it in this situation (trading block), but I suspect that reducing "Trade Difficulty" on the slider a bit would yield some more decent players on the trading block. Then again I generally have trading difficulty set pretty high, and there are usually plenty of viable options on the trading block. Although being on the trading block does not mean the players will be given away for just about anybody.
