now that we have 101 rated players the default setting in the marketplace needs to be raised to 101. other wise the auctions for those cards are invisible unless specifically searched for.

What auctions ? As much as I recall there are no auctions.
Or have I missed some functionality around Market & Card Shop?

Correct; there are no auctions. I believe he was using the term interchangably with the Card Shop buy/sell orders.
