No Scouting midway through season on prospects/watch list (Online)

My NHL scouting is all fine. My scouting coverage is great. But I have no info on any of the draft prospects yet. Even guys that have been on my watchlist all year are still "E". Perhaps it's the priorities (though I can't imagine even if prospects and watch list were at the bottom that none them ever get even partially scouted but I can't tell anyways because there's no words on the buttons under priorities (I can still move them around but I'd just be doing it blind). Nobody in my online league has been able to help so far either. Did I do something wrong? Am I just going to be screwed over by some random weird bug?

I'm wondering if the priority data is corrupt and is treating all the priority groups as if there were no players in them. Could you upload that save and we can check if that's the problem (and, if not, figure out what it actually is)?

It's been fixed in the above league but I've noticed I have the same problem in another league. Is it something I'm doing on my end and is there a way for me to fix it? Should I upload the file from the other league this is happening in as well?

Yeah, I'm having the same issue in another league. I don't know what's causing it but if I upload it can you fix it again?

If anyone else is having this issue the workaround I've figured out is to switch your scouting to auto for a week or so then you can switch it back and it seems to work again after that. Still no idea why this is sometimes happening.
