Unable to load new stadium advertising signs

I've changed the advertisements in the "Stand_day" file and "Stand_night" files and for some reason the game still loads the default ones...I've never had this issue before and was wondering if someone could help me figure out what is going on. I've even created new folders, for example "Citi_field_1" and it is still not changing anything. Please help.

The last patched changed the advertising and some ballpark image types. Some are now KTX instead of WEBP. This was to save space and loading times. MikeS369 posted info on how to fix ballpark Stand_day and night files. The fix is the same for advertising. The game will load the KTX file before the WEBP file. Delete the KTX files if you have the WEBP file of the same name. My installation has all pairs of files, your installation may not. This needs to be done every time you patch the game. A batch file can be made to do this for those that actually know what a batch file is.
