Fastspring PP Code

Hi all - first time using these forums so please let me know if there's a better place to post this. I purchased a Fastspring PP code and of course didn't see the line at the top about it not being compatible with Steam. Am I out of luck or is there any way to get a refund/add it to my steam account? Willing to eat the cost if that's ultimately what it comes to as I only got a $15.99 code, but figured I'd ask here first just in case. Thanks!

Hi. Thanks for the message. Steam and FastSpring don't overlap with PP purchases, but we can help you out by applying the PP manually. What is your username? I will DM you too.

I apologize for such a late reply! I couldn’t for the life of me remember my login credentials. My username is the same as my forum name, Ganny. Thanks so much for your help!
