Losing Sux
Talk about a downer. Game 7 of the NLCS - Edmond Nickerson throws 8.2 innings of no hit ball. Then just like that, the no-no, the game, and the series were gone. Facing a 1-2 count, Jordan Sharpe got all of a cutter and drove it over the fence for a Series winning walk off homer.

Tough, but not unrealistic. At 105 pitches, particularly by today's standards, your guy might lose a bit on the fastball or spin on the breaking pitch, and of course a slugger takes advantage. But I'd wager none of us would have pulled the guy in the ninth inning of a no-hitter.
