Commissioners,

This is a formal warning regarding Noah Hempel’s behavior in the BAGL Online League. We recently made the decision to ban him from our league due to persistent conduct issues, which include:

Repeated use of profane and inappropriate language directed at other members

An ongoing attitude problem that disrupted league harmony

Belittling and disrespecting fellow league members

Consistent displays of immaturity that impacted the experience for others

Please consider this information if you are approached by him regarding membership in your league. We encourage a positive and respectful environment for all members and, regrettably, found Noah’s conduct incompatible with these standards.
