Historical Mode: Teams are still using the original minor league system as primary affiliate

Saw this bug when starting a 2005-06 historical start save. Teams are still using the original minor league system as their primary affiliates. The "new" AHL is still there, but the teams are not affiliated with their IRL NHL affiliates of the time.
I can also note that the minor league teams that are affiliated to the NHL teams by default also have no team name, as seen in the first screenshot.

They'll use the old system in a given year if their affiliate was not an AHL team, but in this case it looks like we've got a problem with the affiliations not getting set up at all in some years. Investigating it now.
