Custom Game Edit League

There seems to be no options to change relegation league settings or am I missing something? I need to edit numbers of teams demoted and releaged in my main league because I created more teams in the league.

I also tried to just add new League with Relegation League but there seems to be no option for that or I just can't find it?

There is no options for those. You need to do everything before starting game.
