Offseason Team Morale

When starting a game on July 1, would it be possible for the non-human teams to invest in team morale? Currently, there are a couple dozen players who are mutually terminating their contracts on July 2nd.

I would like to see an option to turn off Team Harmony and such altogether. Until there are more options for dealing with harmony issues and such, I'd rather turn it off.
