Support for an odd number of expansion teams

Currently OOTP allows the user to add 2,4,6,8 or 10 expansion teams. At times I have wanted to add 1 or 3. Technically you CAN add an odd number of expansion teams, but it's a tedious process. First you have to add an even number of teams, then delete the team you don't want, which gives you a message that says something like "Invalid- would put an odd number of teams in your league", but then you click OK and the game lets you do it anyway. Then you have to go to the Evolution tab and remove the text that mentions the team you deleted.

There are real-life examples of leagues that have added an odd number of expansion teams and have had an odd number of teams in the league. The NFL added the Cleveland Browns as the 31st team, then a few years later added the Houston Texans. The NHL added the Vegas Golden Knights as the 31st team, then a few years later added the Seattle Kraken.
