Perfect Team: Hide duplicates when cap building cc dup/filter functionality

If you build rosters with hide duplicates ON and Not Combinator Edition ON at the same time.
It will not show you the BASE version of any card you have a combi of....
(I understand it's because the system treats them as the same card... however they really are not for purpose of the game and roster building.. especially with cc limits)

Diehards will surely remember their most crucial cards/inventory but it's something you have to remember so you don't forget/miss a card you want for your build then toggle around until you find the base version. Not casual/newbie friendly.

So far I check the CC's I have first
-choose the ones I want within the cap limit
-note the ones I want the base version of.. turn off hide dupes and add them to the build before I forget.. then turn on hide dupes again...
Issue with this is not knowing which dupe youve now added and now have to use the not on tourney roster filter before selling anything

imo, it really should show a base version of the card despite hide duplicates on and treat the combi/non combi separate.

=============================

Hide Duplicates OFF AND Not combinator edition ON behaves as expected.
You get only all your base copies.. however not ideal for roster building because your lists are filled with dupes.

Hide Duplicates OFF AND Not combinator edition OFF AND Combinator Edition OFF behaves as expected.
You get all your base copies plus your cc's

Hide Duplicates OFF AND Combinator Edition ON behaves as expected.
You get your cc's

Hide Duplicates ON AND Not combinator edition ON does NOT behave as expected.
It will show you nothing when it should be showing you ONE base card copy

Hide Duplicates ON AND Not combinator edition OFF AND Combinator Edition OFF does not behave as expected (debatable)
(It behaves the same as Hide Duplicates ON AND Combinator Edition ON)
It will show you only your CC version and not the base.
The issue here is that effectively they are different cards and especially for the purpose of building rosters where there is a CC cap.
I NEED to see both.. my CC and ONE base.

Hide Duplicates ON AND Combinator Edition ON behaves as expected
You get your cc

This depends largely on if/how combinators change for next year, but another idea I saw proposed was to have combinator versions of cards have a toggle to use the base version for a particular roster/tournament.

Either way, this is definitely a headache with the way combinator and base cards interact, and makes maintaining similar rosters with different levels of combi caps, combis off, etc. a nightmare.

Love that idea.. especially since a newly released/mission bottle neck etc meta gold or diamond BASE card can cost 75k while the combi cost 200k+. It doesn't quite seem right that you have to afford buying the base if you have invested in the combi.
