Looking for 1989 Topps

Has anyone successfully created the 1989 Topps baseball cards template?

I've attached real card pictures below for reference....

To make it work, you’d have to photoshop that arch out of the name portion since the html files in OOTP for cards can’t bend the name. So, each team would need that part custom edited as a template. I reckon it’s time investment that has caused modders to shy away from that one.
