Socks - I'm late to the party

I just started playing OOTP25 after finishing a season on OOTP24.

I'm now seeing where socks can be added to uniforms.
I'm sure it has been posted previously but I can't seem to find directions on how to add socks to each team's uniforms.
Please help me out here - either explain how or provide the link with the directions.

Looking forward to adding socks to the game by incorporating all the great additions in percolaten's post and by using eriqjaffe's great uniform maker.
