Once a prankster, always a prankster?

I signed a player to one of my minor league teams, and at the time I signed him, his personality class was listed as prankster. Now, it looks like he's lost his prankster designation. His morale is unhappy -- his team has been losing a lot... If his morale improves, will he return to being a prankster? I was kind of hoping he'd help lift the morale of the rest of the team... I hope I haven't broken his spirit...

Prankster is related to leadership, handle success, handle failure and handle critics ... from what I've found, leadership has to be 100+, and the handle success / failure / critics need to be 140+ ... so I'm assuming under the hood one of those numbers must have changed downward.

I am unsure if them numbers even change? At least I do not think personality numbers can change.. I may have to test this now.

Here is a list I made up for all the personality classes, check it to his numbers under his Bio page and then let us know if one of these numbers seem to be lower now?

I have seen them evolve over time ... but in online leagues where I can't check under the hood.

Yeah, they do seem to change.

Adaptability seems to drop the older they get, all the players I used seem to drop the same the same in adaptability, from 200 to around 185 by the age of 28.
Leadership, loyalty, work ethic, handle success, and handle failure hardly moved.
Handle critics dropped for one of the guys by a lot, the other two hardly moved
Intelligence didn't move at all. All of them remained at 200.

So yeah, after some testing, yep these ratings can drop, not sure if they can go up... that will have to be another test later on.

Oooh, I had never looked at those numbers under the hood -- I didn't even realize those "handle" numbers were in there... This fella has a Handle Failure of 138. He's a borderline prankster! I was hoping to have a Bert Blyleven on my hands...
