Never goes on from simulating

I've had this problem pretty much all year, kept trying to see what the problem is with just me, or if updates took care of it, but not really. What is odd is now and then it will work for a bit and I have no idea why it works for a week or why it stops working for a month. I can go like to my pitchers, then go to the store and it will show numbers again, like its counting down, and it has sometimes than worked the next time, and others time, not at all. I have to pretty much shut it down completely, and restart to get it to have updated record and stats and all, then once again no idea if it will behave or not behave. I hope that someone else has had this issue and I just missed seeing someone asking about it (even better if it's something simple that I've overlooked. I'm running OOTP24 at the same time and it never does this, it always behaves like it should. Thanks.

Do you mean the clock in Perfect Team?

The clock will count down but never finishing the simulating and go on. I have to shut it down and restart it to get whatever the records and stats are at that point, it will count down, say simulating and never does, or moves on. And yes in perfect team mode.
